Start page, instructions and links

On our start page you will find the latest news and all menu options. The instructions explain most of the functions contained in our site. Under the Links heading you’ll find free programs that you can download to enable you to view Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PDF files, if you do not already have these functions in your computer .

When it comes to keying in screen size (desktop size) on your computer, we recommend a resolution of 1024x768. Enter this setting by right clicking on desktop and then choosing from the Utilities menu. You can then adjust the resolution under Settings.

Products menu
Range, Catalogues, Export to Excel

Here you can see the whole Kron range in list form, including information about article numbers, product names, pack sizes (quantities), the number of sales packages per delivery carton and the number of cartons per pallet.

There is further information in the form of factfiles on each article, which you can view by clicking on the product name. If you would like more information, such as product benefits, you can download a PDF file containing a comprehensive product data sheet for each item. In order to be able to read a PDF file you need Acrobat Reader, which you can download from the Internet free of charge by using our Links page. 

“Export to Excel” is a function that enables you to store details of the Kron range and price-list on your own computer as a file that you can then work with in Excel.

New!!!     Create your own catalogue with your company logo!  

You can now work as your very own advertising agency by using our products together with your company logo to create a customised product catalogue for your company. Download one of the word files below to your hard disk. The files contain examples that you can easily adapt at a later stage. 

Cut out our logo and replace it with your own. You can replace products at a later date simply by copying catalogue information for new ones from the Kron website. Here you can choose the range you wish to purchase from us by logging in to your own unique pages and adjusting them by adding or deleting products. You can, of course, also choose a product group or search for particular product groups on our general website.

Facts menu
Kron, History, Office staff, Warehouse staff, Sales team, Financial information, Environmental Policy and Environmental Work

Under the “Kron” heading you will find facts about the company, pictures and maps showing you where to find us in Sweden. Under the “History” heading you will learn a little about the long history of our company that was founded in 1871. “Office staff”, “Warehouse staff” and “Sales team” introduce you to the staff working in each department. And under “Financial information” we share details of our company’s financial performance over the past three years. “Environmental Policy” and “Environmental Work” contain information about our environmental policy and the work we have done in recent years to reduce the environmental impact of our activities.

Marketing menu
Displays, Advertisements, Coupons, Consumers and Professional Users.

Under “Displays” you will find different plans showing how good our products can look in store displays. We also present the latest advertisements and coupons under each of the relevant headings. These coupons can be printed out and used according to the instructions printed on them.

In order to make it easier to buy our products we recommend that private customers click on Consumers and companies click on the heading Professional Users.

Log on, Log off

By using a special code you receive from us, you can log on here to access your own unique customer information. The advantage for you is that you only need to look at the products that you buy. There are complete catalogue pages containing the relevant products, plus details of your current orders, invoices and various reports on your own purchasing statistics. To obtain an access code for this function you need to print out the Customer Data form under the heading “New Customer”. This file is also available as a downloadable PDF-file. Complete the form and fax it to us, and within a few days we will e-mail you with details of your own unique code.

Contact Information, Products, Catalogue, Orders, Invoices, Purchasing Statistics

This menu only appears when you have logged on using your unique access code. Here you have access to all the pages on the Kron website and you can adjust your contact information, add or remove users, look up prices, order goods, add and remove products from your own range, print out catalogue pages for your own products, and access statistical reports relating to your previous purchases etc.

Add orders
When you order from the range/order list your order is displayed on the right of the screen. Click here for examples.

To place an order you must be a registered customer with a unique log-in code from us. You can then order at your leisure simply by choosing the number of packages per product and then approving your purchase by clicking on the shopping cart in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. An order is then created and displayed in red to the right of the range list. This will also contain information on the total value of your order, weight, volume and delivery conditions. If you change your mind, you may delete items from your list by clicking on the wastepaper basket to the right of the item you wish to cancel.

New!!!   Our range list now also contains information on our stock levels in the column to the left of the shopping cart. 

Group information charts!!!

If you log in as a member of a corporate group that has several purchasing units, statistics for the entire group will automatically appear in order of rank. The Ranking List is a presentation of the value of orders placed by each unit and the Product List shows total purchases for the whole group by product on four different levels.

This information together with your own statistics, also presented here, provides an excellent basis on which to make analyses. Now you can always work with the best possible range to create the greatest possible profit. 

New!!!   Do your own profit calculations on our products!

This is a totally new function that enables you to enter your own retail prices (with or without VAT). Your purchase price and volumes are already entered in our database. All calculations are based on figures for the latest 12 months, which means that you can see the overall contribution margin and sales ratio for all our products. Contact us direct or get in touch with one of our advisors, and we will enter your conversion factors.

This list also includes the turnover rate for each individual product in the column on the far right. The list can be of great help when analysing your purchasing patterns: click on the relevant article number in the list to access data of all your purchases over the past year.
